In order to strengthen our Development across the Region, Quintet Private Bank is looking for a passionate and results-driven Growth Hacker to join our team and help propel our business to new heights.

 

The Growth Hacker will play a pivotal role in driving the rapid and sustainable growth of our company. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset who can develop and implement innovative growth strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling businesses, leveraging data to make informed decisions, and executing effective growth tactics.
 

Key Accountabilities

 

Strategic development and execution: 

  • Develop and implement growth strategies and marketing plans that align with business goals, including customer acquisition, activation, retention and revenue. 

 

Data Analysis, reporting and optimisation: 

  • Set up analytical data framework and data collection (eg. GTM, GA4). 
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth initiatives. Track and report on key growth metrics. 
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and campaigns and identify growth opportunities through market analysis and customer insights.

 

Customer acquisition: 

  • Design and manage multi-channel user acquisition campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing).
  • Develop strategies for customer retention and engagement, focusing on lifecycle marketing.
  • Optimise campaigns to improve conversion rates and lower customer acquisition costs. 

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with all marketing teams and front office to align growth efforts.
  • Communicate growth strategies and results to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Role model for data driven digital marketing.

 

Budget Management:

  • Together with Senior Marketing Operations & Transformation Manager, manage budgets for growth initiatives, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximum ROI.

 

Content Creation and Distribution:

  • Work closely with Head of Content to develop content strategies that attract and engage target audiences.
  • Engage with the relevant stakeholders to distribute content across relevant platforms to drive traffic and conversions.

 

Creative and Innovative Thinking:

  • Implement innovative and unconventional tactics to drive growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to suggest new growth ideas and experiment new growth tactics.

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. Working in the Financial Industry is a plus.

Technical Skills

 

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics 4, GTM).
  • Familiarity with basic coding, web development, and technical marketing tools
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques.

Languages Skills

 

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). French or German is a plus.
