Client Administration support expert (Full-time/part-time)

You are committed to support the process management and data quality monitoring of the centralised customer static data file and the related portfolios.
Your actions cover a second level of control and directly contribute to challenge and improve the client data keyed in the system during the account opening or client lifecycle processes, impacting the quality of the data reported to the clients & the regulator.
Besides, your expertise on various fields of the client data management and related processes enables you to participate to the transversal review and continuous improvement of data processes based on the issues encountered by the Client Administration officers and the best practices in terms of data management.
You participate actively to all the projects impacting Client administration and related data, and more particularly the monitoring of IT developments.
Your focus is on the process flow, cost efficient tools, procedures review and update, and appropriate team training.
As a contributor to a centralized data center, you work with many different internal entities, including Compliance and Audit, and with your peers at branch level, notably the branches running the Lombard Odier systems.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the Client Administration team on the IT, process and data optimization based on an autonomous analysis of Static Data files and related processes
- Ensure a second level of control on the static data keyed in the systems, by the design and the maintenance of comprehensive control cockpit; produce the related dashboard to the management on a monthly basis
- Follow up of Compliance and Audit items; take all actions in terms of procedures and processes to ensure the timely closing of these items
- Keep up with all regulatory requirements impacting Client Administration in various fields: client data (AML, Mifid, EMIR, Data protection…), Risk (Anacredit, Incident reports) or Tax (FATCA, QI, CRS, UKRND, …)
- Keep the client documentation up to date and be the referent for the maintenance of all documents in related Transit files
- Assist in every project, including new IT releases, mass updates...
- Contribute to the team's best practices, efficiency, procedure and user guide update
- Monitoring of all Jiras/ incident tickets in Client Administration area, processing of corrective requests & mass updates, the participation in the analysis of new releases impacting client data tools
- Training of Client Administration team members & raising of their awareness on various topics, in a change management perspective
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Finance / Economics
- At least 5 years of experience
