The successful candidate will work as part of the Corporate Action department to provide state of the art service to our clients for any operational queries.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Act as a single point of contact to follow up the quality of the operational services delivered by LOTOS through a close monitoring of the open outstanding issues.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through the implementation of best possible solutions in response to their needs, together with business experts.
  • Ensure successful collaborative/transversal knowledge across department activities where skills and business process knowledge are optimized to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Have a good transversal overview and deep understanding of the clients/products serviced by LOTOS.
  • Follow-up od Corporate Action Instructions and Proxy voting instructions including client documentation and disclosure when required
  • Ensure effective adherence to procedures, controls and best practice/standards and comply with internal procedures , regulations and risk awareness

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Good general knowledge of Banking activities
  • In-depth knowledge of Corporate Actions and Proxy Voting

Technical Skills

 

  • Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word )

Languages Skills
