As a Client Support Officer, you work in close collaboration with the FIM (Financial Intermediaries) Client Account Managers and Business Developers teams. You will be in direct contact with our institutional clients to provide administrative and operational support across multiple client-related processes covering the whole lifecycle of the clients.
 

Key Accountabilities

 

Commercial Support

  • Support Client Account Managers to establish and maintain a sustainable client relationship with the FIM and actively contribute to a positive client experience. 

 

Technical and Administrative Support 

  • Assist Client Account Managers in coordinating the onboarding of FIMs and their end clients.
  • Support update and maintenance of AML/KYC/KYT documentation and client data records in the banking systems during the onboarding and client file review process. 

 

Operational Support

  • Support Client Account Managers in their day-to-day business with client requests and ensure that tasks are completed on time and in good quality in coordination with other departments involved.
  • Manage, control, process, and document client instructions such as payments, securities transfers, in line with internal applicable procedures.

 

Risk Management Support 

  • Assist Client Account Managers in the handling and resolution of risk and compliance requests, and document related matters in close collaboration with the specialists of Compliance, Risk, Credits and Operations.
  • Demonstrate a strong Risk & Compliance awareness and proactively flag Risk & Compliance issues with adequate escalation.
     

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Knowledge of banking products and operations, rules and regulations, Compliance (Mifid, KYC, KYT, AML)
  • Ideally minimum 2 years’ experience with External Asset Managers or in Private Banking

Technical Skills

 

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage data and reporting in Excel, Power point, etc. 

Languages Skills

 

  • very good command of French and English, written and oral. Spanish is an asset.
