Quintet is seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior executive with deep expertise in process re-design, specifically within the wealth management / banking industry. The successful candidate will be a strong change agent, with the proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and obtain buy-in to deliver tangible efficiency gains. He/she will be deploying a consistent methodology to redesign front-to-back processes across the Group, acting as a multiplier - coaching process owners to shift the current ways of working. This role is a unique opportunity for an impact driven change leader to drive a major transformation in a highly complex and fragmented environment. 

 

Travel across Quintet offices may be required punctually.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Design and roll-out an efficient process re-design methodology across the Group, acting as a change agent to motivate, influence and coach process owners in shifting current ways of working 
  • Drive cross-functional teams of senior stakeholders to identify tangible efficiency gains and obtain buy-in on standardized processes across locations 
  • Be an influential change agent, demonstrating a strong “can do” attitude: facilitate change, overcome resistance and induce followership, promoting a culture of continuous improvement to ensure the sustainability of process enhancements
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions, incorporating industry best practices and emerging technologies to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
  • Very strong risk & controls background with the ability to systematically identify inherent risks and design processes & controls which mitigate those risks effectively and efficiently 
  • Translate process enhancements into projects – define scope, milestones and technological implications, develop project plans, track progress, identify and escalate risks & issues to senior management.
  • Coach other team members and process owners to deliver against agreed timeline, budget and scope whilst adhering to high quality standards. Strong “can do attitude”, finding solutions to the problems and challenges raised.  
     

Knowledge and Experience

 

•    Master degree in Business Administration or Engineering Sciences 
•    10+ years of experience of which at least 5 in Management consulting 
•    2-3 years in a controls / risk management function or role are a strong plus 
•    Previous experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management or Banking industry is a must
•    Banking industry experience: deep expertise in  front-to-back (private) banking processes, products and services is crucial. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking sector across Europe is also important.
•    Risk management experience: previous experience in a risk management function designing / performing controls, identifying  & mitigating risks is a strong plus.
 

Attributes and Qualities

 

•    Process re-engineering: a strong background in process management and experience in analysing and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline operations is essential.
•    Communication & collaboration: proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation (verbally and in writing). Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.
•    Change management : experience in  driving and managing organizational change and act as a change champion, coaching teams and stakeholders.
•    Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing demands for limited resources.
 

Technical Skills

 

  • Project management qualifications e.g. Prince 2, PMP 
  • Lean Six Sigma – Black Belt      

Languages Skills

 

  • Fluency in English is a must 
  • French is preferable 
  • German, Dutch are additional advantages
